Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) is a little red race car who is really going places. His victories have been big, but his dreams are even bigger. Along the way, he learns the value of teamwork, friendship, and loyalty.

Having accomplished his goals in America, Lightning McQueen and the rest of the Disney Cars gang set off to win on the international racing circuit. What they don't expect, however, is to be pulled into an international event of spying and intrigue. The Disney Cars gang meets many new characters along the way and learn a few new lessons.
